Before you place an order, please make sure to read our return policy. Once you understand our return policy, have fun browsing through our selection of dresses. We think shopping on our website should be the most fun you’ve ever had. We have grouped the dresses into categories so you can shop by event, styles, colors, price!
You may order by telephone by calling our 213-746-0207 weekdays from 8AM to 5PM EST.
We can also call you to take your order if you email your name and phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org Let us know where you are in the world and what time you’d like to be reached, so we can call you at an appropriate time! One of our awesome customer service representatives will contact you to take your order information within 1 business day.
We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order and PayPal. You can pay via checking account using PayPal. To pay for your order with a money order, please follow the instructions under Money Orders above.
Low Price Policy
If you find a lower price on any dress we carry online, we will match it plus 2%. If you have already purchased a dress from TheDress.Co and find a lower price in the next 15 days of your order we will refund you the difference plus 2%.
Exceptions: Advertised price must be sold online at an Authorized U.S. Retailer! The Product must be available for immediate shipment in size and color ordered. This does not apply to any dress marked sale, clearance, special auction, etc. Cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon or special offer.
Receiving your order
Most of the time, the dress you select will be available within 1 business day. The stock availability for each product is on our website, and is updated daily. In the event that the size or color you select is temporarily sold out, unavailable, or backordered, and estimated date will be posted on the website and we will get it to you as soon as we possibly can.
During checkout, you will notice that we ask you your "Event Date", or the date of your event. If you indicate your wear date and we cannot get you the dress in advance of that date, we will contact you immediately! If you need your dress pronto, please double-check the date listed on the site. Feel free to call if you have any questions. How quickly you receive your order also depends on the shipping method that you select at the time of purchase and the destination. For continental U.S. our default shipping method is UPS ground and usually take 3-7 days from ship date to arrive.
We at TheDress.Co take the security of our customers very seriously. Therefore, we have implemented fraud filters in an effort to protect our customers against any suspicious or fraudulent charges. If your order triggers a review by our fraud prevention department, we may require additional information in order to approve for processing. You will be contacted immediately in regards to this matter, and we ask that you contact us back as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid any further delay. Any order held for verification purposes by our fraud prevention department may be delayed until needed information is received and confirmation process completed. Orders may be flagged due to incorrect/incomplete billing or shipping information, address confirmation, or return policy review. Any delay in shipping or needed upgrade due to this verification process is the responsibility of the customer.
